So we’ve cut our release time by a third to bring you ep 6, which isn’t bad going, right? In episode 06, Kabamaru finds out that he has superpowers and uses his newfound power of flight to fly to the nearest yakisoba eatery. He considered making a cape and a costume, but found that these required too much effort and just made him hungry again.

So it’s finally happened: Igano has regressed into a monkey. He spends this episode picking bugs out of Mai’s hair and hunting for bananas, while attempting to conjure up a cloud to float about on.
Thanks to everyone for being so patient with us in waiting for this episode to come out – due to the difficulty of certain sections, a lot of head-scratching was done before we could produce anything even remotely resembling a translation. And so, here’s another dose of everyone’s favourite hungry ninja, Kabamaru, who seems to have rediscovered his love of yakisoba (a fried noodle dish usually flavoured with vegetables like cabbage or carrots). Meanwhile, at Kingyoku Academy, not everything is as it seems, and it appears that it’s more than just mere bullies who are out to get our hero. Will Kabamaru put down his chopsticks for long enough to even notice those plotting against him?
