We’re back a tad later than last week, hopefully with less derps this time around though, and I sorta blame the late airing this week. 😛
I hope you like it and appreciate our efforts. If you wanna leave feedback, please be constructive, as we’ve read so much ambiguous stuff lately. But in all honesty, just a simple thanks is more than enough. ^^
Wakabayashi-kun is such a genius that I’ll bet he can figure out Fermat’s Last Theorem all in his head.
Why don’t you all use your noodles too and help us in this daunting enterprise by lending your expertise as typesetters, quality checkers, or timers? Don’t make us act all moe and weepy on you.
Hey there. I’m actually gonna do the opposite of what we do here in Saizen and give you some project details. As you’ve noticed, we haven’t been able to release twice weekly as of late. This is due to a variety of reasons.
If you don’t want to keep reading a long post…All in all, we can’t keep releasing twice weekly, unless we get a new timer, a back up typesetter, and one or two quality checkers.
Firstly, the two active, fast quality checkers we’ve had around for the last couple of months seem to have gotten busy with university.
Secondly, our main typesetter decided to disappear. This didn’t become a real problem, thanks to the awesome kokujin-kun, but it might be one in the future.
Thirdly, I, sangofe, have been busy lately painting our house and isolating the house on the inside. In addition to this, I’m becoming a father in the coming days… I’ve just become a father. Plus I might take on studies in January 2014. Needless to say, I’m becoming busy, so I doubt I’ll be able to be a back-up timer and quality check every episode. Much less translate.
Finally, our editor, konnakude, has been sick a lot recently, so please wish him good and speedy recovery!
P.S Our timer warned us he’ll get soon very busy and slow.
Argh! The aliens have landed! Oh wait… This is the new Power Rangers reboot? Okay, let me fetch my popcorn and we’ll marathon the first five episodes.

After a four year long wait, the next season of Hajime no Ippo is finally here! It’s gonna be another collaboration with the remains of Frostii, and we’re looking to provide ya’ll with high quality subs in a timely manner, looking to release within 1-2 days after airing.

So there were some ghosting issues due to a corrupted filter that we have now taken care of. Meanwhile we did some small fixes to the script, including TLC on the ED-lyrics, as well as fixed a font issue for those not using the latest CCCP.
I guess we weren’t quite ready to release within 48 hours just yet, but now we can keep all known issues in mind for future releases, and hopefully shouldn’t be needing additional v2’s. ^_^
So, is everyone excited about the new season? We sure are! Good ole Juggen is leading the project (25 episodes), and we expect to release in a timely fashion, though the first episode might take a bit longer. So look forward to our new project: Hajime no Ippo – Rising
