Episode 45 is what makes me want to make kefir. If it’s as healthy as people say it is, it would be foolish to not at least try it out. Supposedly, the bottled kefir you find at grocery stores aren’t the real thing. They lack some of the nutrients that homemade kefir has. You have to culture it yourself.
