Kuroko’s Basketball 56 [Blu-Ray][1080p] and [720p]

No freaking way? Back from the dead? Never say never? Anyway, enjoy this Father’s Day surprise and at last, the conclusion of Rakuzan vs. Shutoku High.

P.S. Doing something slightly different, only linking to the torrent page and providing magnets as a test due to some copyright troll sending vague DMCAs to many a fansub group.

  1. I hope that it’s not just a one-time thing and more Kuroko no Basket releases are coming soon.

  2. Thank you so much for this release! 😀

It’s really a very pleasant surprise to see a new episode of Kuroko no Basket, and I hope you’ll continue to release more, although I completely understand if that’s not the case.

One small question, though: in the past, you released Fan Disc 1 and 2 (which corresponded to the end of season 1 and season 2, respectively). Are you planning to translate Fan Disk 3 as well, please? I’ve been looking for an English translation for several years, but I can’t find one. All I can find are Spanish subtitles and I don’t understand Spanish at all.

Of course, I completely understand if you prefer to release all the episodes of season 3 first. I just wanted to know if Fan Disk 3 is planned for release at some point.

    1. That’s not a question we can answer just yet, I’m afraid. A lot about the continuation of this project is a little up in the air. Basically, the driving force behind this project has fully retired from fansubbing and is not coming back (we of course wish him all the best with everything he’s up to these days), so a decision was made to get the episodes that were already semi-done into a releasable state so we could push them out the door.

Beyond that is still up for discussion. There is some interest in seeing this project through to a conclusion (which I assume would include the Fan Disk) but things like a timescale or even how feasible that is are topics for another day.
