    ^ You might be thinking of those “pastel-chalked freeze frame” thing, which was invented by Osamu Dezaki (not Tezuka, mind). I think Rainbow used them a lot, but I don’t really remember.

    Yeah, for some reason, the Frostii site has been intermittent for at least a year or so. Not entirely sure why… :S
