Yawara – 119-124 & Batch

Yo!
We’re finally done making you all wait for this epic conclusion of this epic series! =)
I’d like to thank everyone that contributed to this series, and hope all of you Yawara fans have enjoyed it as much as we have.
The Saizen member that decided to pick this series up, and set the whole joint thing etc. together, was Sqall, and although we don’t know where he disappeared to, I hope he’s been watching our releases too, and is happy that we finally finished it. Live-EviL are probably happier though, considering they’ve been subbing Yawara since 2003… ^^ (Yawara had been licensed until recently though)

  1. omg!, That’s a real gift guys, many thanks X19xx , I am happy to be able to watch it all at once, thanks guys and especially those who worked on this series ^_^

  2. Thanks a lot guys for your incredible efforts!
It’s a good thing that I started watching this series in this year!
Two more OVAS of yawara and then bye bye
    :'(

  3. Otsukaresamadeshita. Thanks for all the efforts. The series was worth watching every single episode in it. I am glad that the series did continue after Animeigo decided to leave the series. This was really thanks to you all. You shed the light again on this series.

I am hoping now that Animeigo or any other company (like Discotek) would consider relicensing the series again and release them on DVD fully this time.

Thanks again for all the efforts. ^^

    P.S.

We hope that we would have an ultimate happy ending by subbing the Movie and TV special too. yoroshiko onegaishimasu. m(_ _)m

  4. Congratulations, guys!

Well done finishing this big, beautiful, wonderful project!

When I started watching this show it became a favorite straight away, plus it was watching Yawara which made me interested enough to start reading C20th Boys and Monster, so I really feel like I’ve got loads to thank you guys for.

    THANK YOU!

    The Junglist… is moved!!!

  5. I appreciate all the work you’ve done. Enjoyed this series from start to end, over the course of a year or so. πŸ™‚

…Say, speaking of long-running not-quite-translated series… Is there any interest for translating Kodomo no Omocha here? I’m guessing not really, since Saizen mainly seems to do sports anime, but you know… That series deserves a good translation so much.

  6. Sincere thanks for the stellar work you did on both this and Adventure Boy Conan. While ultimately I felt both petered out somewhat toward the end (Yawara in fact seemed to spend the whole run moving in circles) the work you did bringing these shows to a new audience is truly appreciated. You’re great people.
